Welcome to ChordStack! By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. They’re here to make sure everyone has a clear, fair experience.

ChordStack is a digital music tool designed to help musicians learn, explore, and create.

You agree to:

• Use the app in a lawful and respectful way
   
• Not attempt to hack, copy, or disrupt the software
   
• Not misuse the app or interfere with other users
   

We may limit or remove access if someone uses the app in a harmful or abusive way.

If you purchase features or subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payments and refunds are handled by those platforms.

You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

We may update pricing, features, or subscription options over time.

Everything inside ChordStack — including the design, branding, software, and original content — belongs to ChordStack and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You’re welcome to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Please do not:

• Copy or redistribute app content
   
• Use our branding without permission
   
• Sell or republish material from the app
   

If you create content inside the app (like saved chords or notes), that content remains yours. We only store and display it to provide the service to you.

If the app includes community or sharing features, users must not:

• Post unlawful, abusive, or hateful content
   
• Harass or bully others
   
• Upload harmful code or spam
   

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

We do our best to keep ChordStack running smoothly. However, we can’t guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.

Features may change or be updated at any time to improve performance or add functionality.

ChordStack is a creative and educational tool. While we aim for accuracy, we can’t guarantee that all musical information will be perfect for every situation.

Use of the app is at your own discretion.

To the extent allowed by law, ChordStack is not responsible for indirect or unexpected damages that may result from using the app.
